Tarkiln Hill Ranch

This 2,400-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath fully custom oversized ranch is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Raymond. The home features a huge vaulted-ceiling living area with a chef’s kitchen. Massive windows and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace bring the open living space together, while a butler’s pantry and office finish off the main living area.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on one end of the home, while the private primary suite is situated on the other. The suite includes a custom closet, a luxurious soaking tub, and an oversized shower with a rain-shower feature.

Daggett Dr Spec

This 2,439-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath custom farmhouse is located on six acres in an upscale Raymond neighborhood. The home features beautiful white-oak floors, an expansive kitchen with a large 10-foot island, a vaulted dining room, and a carefully designed half bath that completes the first floor.

Upstairs, three large bedrooms accompany a spacious primary suite with a custom closet and bathroom. A second full bathroom and thoughtfully placed laundry room complete the upper level. The basement features 10-foot ceilings and an additional 980 square feet of living or storage space that never feels cramped. Outside, carefully placed cedar shakes and a black standing-seam porch roof tie the design together.

Standish Glen Reno

This 1,200-square-foot ranch, located in a welcoming neighborhood in Standish, was in need of a serious renovation. We replaced almost everything throughout the home and added additional closet space downstairs.

What began as a two-month light-demolition project became a complete six-month gut renovation. The additional time and work were well worth it, as the before-and-after results demonstrate.
